ACICO in Kuwait

The following is brief overview of our industrial and operations as follows:
ACICO inthe United Arab Emirates
Because of our presence in Dubai since 2002, the basic activity in the UAE is producing aerated concrete bricks in the factory located in the Jebel Ali Free zone.
During a very short period, we were able to increase our production to cope with the growing demand for our products. Moving our short-term strategy together with our medium-term to participate in a variety of real estate projects throughout the UAE.
Our company has succeeded in marketing ACICO construction systems in the United Arab Emirates, and has contracted with other parties to implement projects using ACICO regulations for construction."
Our Company has also assumed the construction project of a factory for the production of lime in al Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates, and also purchased the land for this purpose. The establishment of this plant is consistent with our vision and will help us to seize opportunities in the value chain.
ACICO in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Our Company was established in Saudi Arabia in partnership with the company Al zamil for Industrial Investment Company, Hamad Abdullah zamil & Brothers.
Our company has been formed to service the huge market provided by the Kingdom in the area of aerated concrete products. It is expected to meet our growing demand for materials of aerated concrete in Saudi Arabia and neighboring countries. The factory is located in the eastern region of Jubail, Saudi Arabia is expected to operate the plant at full capacity in 2008. And the company owns 45% of this plant.
ACICO in Quatar
Our company was established in Qatar in partnership with the successful company, “Sheikh Nasser bin Khalid Al Thani, & Sons”, one of the most prominent companies operating in the State of Qatar, to establish a factory for producing aerated concrete. The size of the participation of our company, ACICO, or Kuwaiti participation is an overall rate of 49%. We expect that the plant operates at full capacity by 2009.
The company is currently marketing and selling ACICO bricks in Qatar, which are supplied from Kuwait. And currently it occupies the top among the markets of aerated concrete in Qatar.
As well, the Company has been marketing for ACICO system for building with great success. Several agreements have been signed with other parties for the supply and the creation of ‘ACICO system for building in the market country. It is expected to increase the demand for ‘ACICO building system’ in Qatar, in keeping with the architectural renaissance taking place in the State of Qatar nowadays.
