ACICO to build residential buildings for Awkaf & Minors Foundation, Government of Dubai.

ACICO to build three residential buildings developed by Awkaf & Minors Foundation, Governemt of Dubai located in Al Quoz sector IV.

The buildings comprise of Ground + 3 floors residential units well designed for a comfortable liveing. The buildings will have a total area of aound 550,000 sqft. The project is valued at AED 105 million. The expected duration of the project is 18 months.
